Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Kfs Solutions Inc., operating as Key Fast Solve, concerning your access to and use of the website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

We reserve the right to change our services and fees at any time. Any changes to our services or fees will be communicated to existing clients in advance. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Payment terms for services will be outlined in individual service agreements. All fees are due as specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional fees.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation shall survive the termination of any service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification
